Jennifer believes in a personalized approach to training in order to help both beginners and seasoned athletes realize their fitness goals. As a USATriathlon Coach and a USA Track and Field Coach with a BS in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise with a focus on Exercise and Health Promotion from Virginia Tech, Jennifer has the tools to assist her clients in reaching their race day goals. Jennifer helps her clients manage their races with personalized training programs, meal plans and individual consultations for a well rounded training experience. As an accomplished triathlete herself, Jennifer is well aware of the challenges of combining training with a busy everyday schedule. She works with her clients to personalize their schedule to their time and fitness needs. Jennifer is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist.
