All athletes receive unlimited email and phone access, annual training plans, regular coach feedback, private and group coaching sessions, run gait analysis, HR & Power testing/zone setting, swim stroke analysis, HRV oversight, strength plans as well as access to our trusted network of bike fitters, PT/rehab and specialists
I’m a IRONMAN Certified Coach, USAT L1 Coach and a Precision Nutrition L1 Coach.
My specialty is coaching athletes in the half and full Ironman distances and athletes looking to make that exciting jump into long course racing. I’m an 11x Ironman, 25x 70.3, 1x Kona qualifier/finisher (2018), 5x 70.3 Worlds qualifier and 2x USAT All American.
I limit myself to a group of athletes who are focused, motivated, committed to progress and who bring positive energy to the process. I am interested in athletes that want to learn the methods and practices that make for successful long course racing. I also make sure my athletes are progressing in a balanced environment so they can maintain sustainability in the sport.
In 2011, I co-founded Meridian Performance with my husband, Darren, who is also a USAT coach. While we each coach our specific athletes, each of MP athletes benefits from our collective experience, input and attention.
