My story is a little different than the typical Coach.
It started being 50lbs overweight never having swam, bike or run a mile in my life. I lost the weight through strength training with a Strength & Conditioning Coach, and was looking for a way to keep it off.
It was a Triathlon Coach that helped me realize what I was capable of so I changed my career from IT Project Manager to Triathlon & Cycling coach.
Since then I’ve Won a World Championship, Won at Ironman, qualified for Kona multliple times, and have ridden with Tour de France Champions and been on podiums at National Championships.
No matter where you are in your Endurance Sports journey, from overweight or new to sport to chasing World Championships, I’ve been there and can help you reach your goals.
I create custom written plans based on your strengths and weaknesses but more importantly your goals and the time you have available. I play with volume and intensity to make sure you get the training you need to reach your goals. I also have an unlimited communication policy, I believe for you to be successful we have to be on the same page.
I use TrainingPeaks to deliver the workouts and write them week to week depending on how you are responding to the workload. So we can ramp it up if you are absorbing the work and feeling good or see any signs of fatigue before it becomes an issue. Let's get you to your race goals.
