Coach Bio

As a retired athlete I understand the trials and tribulations of training and racing within the domestic and professional peloton. I train athletes from new to seasoned and from social to competitive. I understand that not everyone wants to race but that most people want to be better riders; physically, technically & tactically.

With a Personal training background, I now specialise in cycle specific conditioning & combine this with L3 British Cycling Road coaching to help riders achieve.

Good clear communication, adaptability to client commitments, plans updated weekly to ensure we adapt based on previous week and the coming week's commitments.

I currently train riders from all over the World in both English and Spanish (I am learning all the time).

It is important to me that we are working towards each clients goals whether that is racing or sportives or keeping up on the club run. I believe in many cases less is more!

I can help with nutrition but I am not a nutritionist.
