We coach athletes in strength training (functional strength) and offers sport specific training plans for Triathlons (Sprint to Ironman, Running (5K to Marathon), Cycling (Road Only) general fitness and health goals. International coaching is available as well.

Jeannete was naturally drawn into the coaching world since she love to help and encourage others pursue fitness, whether it’s in the triathlon world or personal training. It has become her passion. A coach should be a good communicator and a good listener, and she believes a coach has several responsibilities towards the client: to be committed, to develop trust, to care for the athlete, and to perform in a professional matter. After all, the athlete trusts that the coach will help her pursue and achieve her goals."
Jeannete's passion for the sport and her athletes has led her to become an excellent coach. Sharing her 15 years experiences and knowledge in the triathlon sport, she's encouraged and coached many to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle. She has coached both beginners and experienced athletes in finishing either their first marathon or their first triathlon to place in their age group.
