Jean Gillis is a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, ChiRunning/ChiWalking Instructor, ACSM Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach. Interested in health and fitness all her life, over the past nine years, Jean has coached 100's of new and experienced athletes, from sprint to Ironman. Jean is an experienced endurance athlete, two-time Ironman triathlete, ultra distance trail runner and marathoner. Her training is not just about the workouts but about the whole person, taking into consideration fitness level, experience, lifestyle, outside commitments and personal goals. She strives to connect with people to help them achieve their dreams and live their best life, rather than just providing a "training plan."

Jean will teach the ChiRunning technique, enabling you to run more efficiently and without injury. She also develops personalized programs to train you for your first 5k, Ironman, or or to simply get into a consistent exercise routine.
Jean can put together an exhilarating workout for your group. You name the type of workout and she will take care of the rest. Group cardio, cycle, run, swim, hike, there's a variety of ways to have fun and get fit together.
