I began Actualise Wellness Solutions with a vision of creating holistic well-being in every aspect of people's lives, as well as actualise (make a reality of) their full potential. To say this is ambitious is an understatement because our lives are very complicated.
In the process, my personal fitness journey (including but not limited to Olympic distance triathlons and a 65km Ultra Trail Marathon) began to shape the way I understood the human body and its capabilities from a Sports Science background. Hence, physical and mental fitness is an important component of the programmes I create for people, as well as being flexible to suite both your lifestyle and your goals.
