A few years ago I decided on my own path of fitness and health. Over the years I have studied and learnt not only academically but also by my own trial and error. I now use that knowledge to help guide you towards the goals you want to achieve.

I have many years of experience participating in running, cycling & Duathlon events.
With regard to running I have run in most distances and discipline races, 3k, 5k, 10k, trail running events, half marathon, marathon, ultra-marathon and multi stage self-supported races such as the half MDS and full distance Marathon Des Sables.
My cycling experience includes Time Trial racing and longer distance Etape events up to 120 mile events. Then combining all of these disciplines together we have Duathlon’s and Supathlon’s.
As a coach I enjoy seeing all levels of athlete grow and develop but I especially like to coach beginners and younger athletes looking for an experience coach able to help them in caring and positive manner.
