I am a Fitness and Performance Coach for all distance runners from 5K to Ultra-marathon, both on and off-road training and racing.

I offer a full suite of 1-on-1 and remote coaching that includes running coaching, strength and conditioning and nutrition.

I have a B.S. degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness, nutrition and health from San Diego State University, I am a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach powered by ProCoach, a USA Track and Field Level 2 Endurance Coach, a USA Cycling Level 3 Coach and I have a Functional Movement System (FMS) Level 1 certification.

I specialize in performance coaching, strength and conditioning and nutrition for beginner and intermediate level runners.

My training philosophy is simple- I use whatever strategy, methods and tools necessary to get you to your goals. My programs are personalized, progressive, simple to understand, based on scientific evidence and include mobility, flexibility, strength, nutrition, sports performance and behavioral modification strategies.
