I am Jamie, born and raised in the United Kingdom, I became a member of the elite British Royal Marine Commandos where I found my love for fitness and honed my passion of running.
In 2020 I moved to Denver, CO and pursue my passion of training and coaching.

I am a beginner friendly trail running coach that build a programs filled with knowledge and learning.

I really strive to make my training plans completely customized to each and every athlete. One size does not fit all and this is especially important then it comes to running!

My main goal is to help you achieve your goals in a safe, progressive, and effective training environment.

I construct customized training program that are grounded in science and evidence-based practices as well as incorporating strength and condition training to have you running at your best!
