I am British Triathlon Federation Level 3 Coach with Master Degree in Physical Education and Sport Science. Despite that, I am constantly striving to advance my knowledge and experience by studying for PhD degree in Sport & Exercise Physiology and by attending to coaching workshops, courses and seminars. Amongst athletes that I am privelaged to coach are Kona Qualiffiers, National Champions, Age Group Winners and Ironman Finishers with lots of interesting stories and personal achievements to back up my qualifications and methods.
