BoedkerCoaching was formed from an urge to help people to be the best they can, with the time they got. My training is science based, and mostly uses power data.
I do road cycling myself and have done for the last 10 years. my main goal for starting as a coach is to help people become better bike riders.
For me it doesn't matter if you can train 5 hours a week or 20 hours a week, the goal is still the same, to be the best you can with the time you got.
