Train smarter not harder. I work with runners and triathletes competing in events from the 5k to ultra distances. My passion is ultra endurance: Iron distance events, and ultramarathon running. Competing in these events takes strength in body and mind.

Methods used:

  • sport specific endurance training
  • cross training
  • strength training
  • mobility training (combo of yoga, stretching, and flexibility)
  • nutrition (daily, pre-event, during-event, post-event, etc.)

Off-season maintenance program.

Passionate about all things endurance. I specialize in individualized coaching packages, targeting the beginner to the competitive endurance sports athlete.

It is my philosophy that we are training for life, not just one specific event. This entails incorporating a holistic approach to your training program. In addition to the sports specific training requirements, a significant amount of attention is given to nutrition, flexibility and core strength.

Mental skill and preparation is the final component that drives what we accomplish on a daily basis. Repetition is the mother of skill, so developing consistencies from day to day and week to week make achieving your top potential a reality.

I compete in ultramarathon running. Having raced in distances up to 135 miles, in arctic conditions, I understand the importance of mental toughness and confidence to cross the finish line. Trust the process and the sky is the limit!

A few of the events I have competed in:

  • Arrowhead 135
  • Superior 100
  • Black Hills 100
  • Heartland 100
  • Savage 100
  • Kettle Moraine 100
  • Superior 50
  • Leadville 50 and Marathon
  • Collegiate Peaks 50
  • Deadman Peaks 53
  • Voyageur 50
  • Ice Age 50
  • Jemez Mountain 50k
  • Cedro Peaks 45 mile and 45k
  • Many other shorter distance events...
