Ciclista Coaching caters to athletes of all ages and experience levels. No athlete is the same and that is why I put an emphasis on working with each athlete on a individual basis in training for their specific goals that they have set for themselves in our first discussions. No two athletes will have the same program and training is customized to the individual as per fitness test result completed in the first week of training.
Professional cyclist with more than 15 years of experience. Competed in races like the Tour de France, Giro de Italia, and La Vuelta a Espagna. One day races Amstel Gold Race, Flesch Wallonie and Liege Bastogne Liege. Junior and Elite South African National Road Champion. I have also competed in the Cape Epic 3 times with Top 10 results on stages. Cycling and Training is my passion and I’m really privileged to have been at the Top level of professional cycling. I want to share my experience i have gained whilst training and racing at the pinnacle of the sport.
