I am passionate about long-distance triathlon, drawn to the demands and rigor of the Ironman. I invest as much in my own progress as I do in supporting other athletes. For me, coaching is a way to push them to a higher level by working on performance optimization, training structure, and continuous improvement.
A triathlete passionate about long-distance challenges, I've built my career around discipline, resilience, and a taste for high standards. Triathlon, and more specifically the Ironman format, has taught me to structure my training, accept slow but steady progress, and remain clear-headed in the face of challenges.
My philosophy of sport rests on a simple idea: everything is won through consistency. It's not perfection that makes the difference, but the ability to move forward each day, to understand your body, to optimize what can be optimized, and to remain determined when fatigue sets in.
Alongside my own training, I've had the opportunity to coach young athletes. Passing on the fundamentals of effective training, seeing them develop, progress, and gain confidence has reinforced my conviction that sport is a powerful vehicle for personal growth. My approach prioritizes listening, structure, and the desire to help each individual reach their full potential, with ambition and clear-headedness.
