I believe in maintaining a healthy work/life balance when training. I am a lawyer by day and triathlete / coach by evening/weekend and still find the time to train appropriately to prepare for a race. Every athlete is unique. So, I will spend time getting to know you so that I can understand your needs and goals. I will base your training plan on your most important race, availability, experience level, physiological makeup, limiters, race performance goals and reasons for racing.
I am an IRONMAN Certified Coach and RRCA Certified Running Coach.
As an avid triathlete myself, I am very passionate about IRONMAN, Coaching, and success for my athletes. I have finished 5 full IRONMAN, 6 half IRONMAN, and a multitude of short distance triathlons and endurance races around the world. I also have some amazing athletes on my team who have finished full and half IRONMAN races, short course triathlons, and endurance races. While I provide individual Coaching, I consider my athletes as a whole, a team, and we invite you to TRI something different with us.
