I am an endurance coach and exercise physiologist working with runners, cyclists, and triathletes across a wide range of abilities. In addition to coaching, I compete as an elite-level triathlete, which gives me direct, practical insight into the demands of training, racing, and recovery.

I coach athletes preparing for everything from their first race to long-course triathlon and high-performance competition. My background includes competitive endurance sport, structured training prescription, and the use of objective data to guide decision-making.

My coaching philosophy is centered on purposeful training, consistency over perfection, and clear communication. Every session is designed with intent, and athletes are encouraged to understand why they are doing each workout rather than simply following numbers. This approach supports long-term development, injury reduction, and sustainable performance improvements.
