As a sports physiotherapist, I have always been interested in the functioning of the body, physiology and the mental aspect of sports. Also, I am an ultra trailrunner with the goal of participating in the UTMB within two years. By combining my work and passion, I have become a TP coach. I am eager to help others to get to their running goals safely with 1-on-1 coaching in this area. My main focus is on running and trailrunning, but I can also assist with strength training and cross training.
In addition to my work knowledge and experience, I have completed the TrainingPeaks Essentials and Psychology courses. Furthermore, drawing from my own extensive experience, I can guide athletes in both the physical training principles and how to approach goals, challenges, and competitions mentally.
