Professional cycling coach and coach of the Lithuanian youth XCO national team. I specialize in MTB/XCO, road cycling, and cyclocross, with a strong focus on youth athlete development. I work with junior and competitive riders to improve endurance, power, and race performance through structured training plans and data-driven coaching.

I have been working as a cycling coach for nearly 10 years. Before starting my coaching career, I was a competitive cyclist myself, which allows me to understand the sport from both an athlete’s and a coach’s perspective. I hold a degree in Sports Coaching Systems from the Lithuanian Sports University.

My coaching philosophy is based on long-term athlete development, consistency, and structured training. I believe that strong performance is built step by step through well-planned training, proper recovery, and continuous progression.

Every athlete is different; therefore, training plans are adapted to individual abilities, goals, and lifestyle. I use power data, heart rate, and training load analysis to ensure that training is both effective and sustainable.

When working with younger athletes, I focus not only on performance but also on building strong fundamentals, technical skills, and a positive relationship with the sport. My goal is to help athletes grow as cyclists while enjoying the process and reaching their full potential.
