Before I was a running coach, I spent 9 years working as a data analyst at a public safety consulting company in Indianapolis, IN. For the past 11 years, I have stayed at home to help raise my 2 daughters. My running journey began for fun in 1995, my freshman year at Purdue. I have since completed twenty one marathons, including Boston five times. My personal best time (3:15) was just achieved in NYC during my twenty first marathon, at the age of forty-two. I recently got certified as a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) coach in October of 2019, because I wanted to share my love of running and help other runners achieve their goals. Running is something that I'm very passionate about. Along with my running background, I will use my statistics knowledge to help create a training program that works best for you. I am excited to be with you every step of the way: to help answer questions, challenge you and most of all encourage you to become a better runner.
