Ian Murphy has 20 years experience as a racing cyclist and 15 years in triathlon. He is a British Triathlon Coach Education trained to UKCC Level 3 and has been running IMTC for 4 years now.
IMTC provides a variety of athlete training plans which are individually developed to suit your requirements.
We develop plans for Sprint to Ironman distances, for beginners to elite, not forgetting our Cycling plans for Time Trialists and Road Racers alike.

Over the past 5 years IMTC has had 5 Kona qualifiers from Ironman races, a 3rd place Age Group podium in the Europeans, numerous GB qualifications and a host of local triathlon wins.
We have also seen massive improvements in our TT riders of 3-5mins over 10/25mile distances and with working to Watts where possible, we have seen athletes improving their FTP by over 50 watts over 1 season in some cases.
Communication is an important part of the coach/athlete relationship here at IMTC and all our athletes have unlimited access to our coaches, so when that odd occasion arises that you need a "pick me up" or a "kick up the bum" we are always here to provide that support.
