Over the last few years I have delivered my strength and conditioning services to swimmers competing at a national, international, European and World championship level, some of whom have set Irish Junior and Senior records.

At Impact Performance & Conditioning we are in a position to offer a range of support & services to benefit every cyclist.

Be it road, xc, DH or cyclocross, Cat 1, Elite, Enthusiast, professional or complete beginner; Regardless of your level myself and my team have the program for you.
