I am an Irish cyclist, living and racing in Belgium. A former runner, I began cycling in 2017 through the Cycling Ireland Talent Transfer program. Initially, I focused on track cycling, but I have now moved to Belgium, the hub of bike racing in Europe, where I am riding UCI and kermesse races. I have been lucky enough to ride some World Tour races, including the Ronde van Vlaanderen.
I am also part of the first ever World Tour e-sports team. In January and February of this year, I took part in the gruelling qualification process to make it onto the Movistar e-sports team. I have learned a lot about training and pushing myself in this process and I am excited to share it with you to help you improve!
