My name is Imogen Cotter, I am a competitive cyclist from Ireland and I am currently living in Belgium, racing for a team here. I have been involved in competitive sport for over 10 years now. I graduated from the University of Limerick with a B.Sc in Sports and Exercise Sciences, and have achieved my Level 2 REPS coaching certificate. I have done a large amount of coaching within running, and I am now looking forward to helping athletes within the cycling realm.
I have a B.Sc in Sports and Exercise Sciences from the University of Limerick, where I studied both lecture-based and practical coaching modules, as well as achieving my fitness instructor qualifications. Having originally started coaching through my own Couch to 5k/10k running groups, I am now excited to share the cycling knowledge that I have gained with you and help you to achieve your cycling goals! Whether you're a newbie to cycling aiming to ride your first sportive, a triathlete who wants to strengthen their bike, or you're just trying to keep motivated with a weekly plan, I can help!
I am an Irish cyclist, living and racing in Belgium. A former runner, I began cycling in 2017 through the Cycling Ireland Talent Transfer program. Initially, I focused on track cycling, but I have now moved to Belgium, the hub of bike racing in Europe, where I am riding UCI and kermesse races. I am a big fan of Zwift, and am part of an indoor racing team.
