No matter who you are or what you’re training for, I believe athletes get the most out of training and life when they’re fully engaged. We all balance work, family, and real life—I do too. My job is to help you find a structure that fits your life, then commit intentionally to training, recovery, and what matters most. Athletes who thrive with me bring heart, resilience, and grit
Julie works primarily with 70.3 and Ironman athletes, with a special focus on athletes over 40 who want to train smart, stay healthy, and continue performing at a high level. I’ll hold you accountable to your goals, deliver tough love when needed, and fully support ambitions that may feel just out of reach. I believe untapped potential exists at every age—once we’re willing to ask, what if?
As an athlete, I’ve completed 18 Ironman races (including 6 in Kona), 35 Ironman 70.3 races with consistent World Championship qualification, and numerous Olympic and Sprint races. I also compete in gravel racing, bringing a deep understanding of durability, strength, and long-term performance across disciplines. I’ve experienced success, setbacks, and everything in between—and I bring those lessons directly into my coaching through a learning-by-doing approach.
I work best with athletes who communicate openly, stay curious, and are willing to evolve. Experience matters less than attitude. If you’re ready to dig deep, challenge limits, and refuse to settle—let’s talk.
