I’m Laura Dacey! A Hybrid Performance Coach bringing endurance training with functional strength to help athletes build a stronger, more efficient engine. With a background in Hyrox and CrossFit competition, my coaching is built around the 80/20 principle: train with purpose, balance intensity with recovery, and develop performance that lasts.
My focus is on helping everyday athletes build power, resilience, and longevity; whether that means improving running efficiency, tackling your first Hyrox, or simply feeling stronger in your sport.
