Having been self-coached since the beginning of 2018 the methods I use are tried & tested as well as continually tinkered for optimum output. Along with completing coaching accreditation courses & learning more from sports coaches within different sports. Through the usage of the Training Peaks software I'm able to plan, analyse & prepare you to get the most out of your time availability to reach your goals.

My coaching philosophies are to Train Smart, Train Focused, Train with Progression, Train for your Goal, Train with Structure & Train Hard.

As an athlete I came to triathlon through a cricket background and immediately fell in love with the sport & it's hard work equals results ethic. For the past 6 years it has been my passion striving for success & improvement. A two time 70.3 Overall Winner, & currently with 7 Ironman finishes under the belt with many more 70.3 & short course races including heading to Kona for the 2nd time this October.

Have been coaching since 2017 with athletes competing from their first race & all distances up to Ironman World Championships.
