USAT Lv1. USMS Lvs. 1 & 2; F.I.S.T. Certified. Bike Fit Master Fitter. & CSCA member coach. 64 years old. 1st triathlon completed in 1992. Working primarily with newbees and older triathletes. Currently due to the pandemic, I've taken the bike fit business mobile, using a hard side trailer. I also coach at SwimRVA Hammerheads Master's in the Richmond, VA area. Former coach the Goochland High School Varsity Swim Team, Masters program at ACAC and Masters Program at the Tuckahoe YMCA. Married (28 yrs.) father of two, grandfather of two.
