I grew up in a coaching family, along the coastal mountains of the western U.S. almost 40 yrs ago. I started out in Track-and-Field as a 400m runner and regularly ran the hills around home, giving me my first mountain running experience at the age of 14. Since then, my own journey has taken me from road racing various distances to rugged alpine terrain in the Sierras and Ultras in the European Alps.

I have 25 yrs climbing and alpine experience between Yosemite, the Tetons, the german Alps, italian Dolomites and even the Aiguille du Midi on Mont Blanc. I've lived now in S. Germany since 25 yrs and have two children. I launched my own full-time coaching business 11 yrs ago, as a young mother. I have been interviewed several times in the german magazines "Active Woman" and also "Alpin", as well as various podcasts. I love running passionately and thrive on learning and encouraging!

I've earned my trainer licenses in rehab, cardio training, personal training, nutrition and sport nutrition through the BSA Akademie in Munich and expanded my expertise through various german sport associations, such as the DGPR, Herz-LAG, BVS, DOSB and BLSV. My licenses range from orthopaedic training, to various heart and lung diseases and Long Covid. I am currently undergoing the UESCA Ultra Trainer licensing program. Feel free to look at my website.
