I work with athletes all over the USA and globally. I’m a professional coach. Coaching is my passion and full-time job. I have coached professional and amature athletes to podiums, overall titles and world championship qualifications in Ironman races, Go Pro challenges, Spartans, duathlon, long-course triathlon and short-course triathlon.
I offer full program personalized coaching, consulting, camps, one hour presentations and one day workshops.
From 2008 to 2017 I worked with Endurance Corner as a full time professional coach. I have been coaching since 1995, first in the sport of showjumping from 1995-2003, and then from 2005-current in endurance sport. I'm now head coach and owner of www.mcc.coach
I have been involved in elite sport since I was 9 years old and my resume includes professional competition in three different sports: equestrian show jumping, cycling and triathlon.
I work with triathletes, duathletes, cyclists, runners, off- road and adventure racers, Spartan racers, and conditioning for competitive CrossFit athletes.
I also coach with the Arizona State University National Championship Women’s Triathlon Team.
I am a writer and contributor for Endurance Corner, Triathlete Magazine, WISP sports, Active, Ironathlete, Witsup radio, Clipped In, Catalyst Athletics, Ironwoman, livefeisty and IM Talk.
I’ve also been coaching camps, teaching clinics, and delivering presentations for 15 years. I’ve been the Head Coach at multiple Endurance Corner camps, along with several others including woman’s only camps, professional athlete camps and international camps.
I'm a certified Iron Athlete coach and specialize in strength training for all level and types of athletes.
I believe in quality coaching through science and the proven art of success, providing education for the athletes and a solid team network where athlete goals always come first. The athlete/coach relationship is a fundamental part of our success.
