Stacy is one of 250 Level II USAT certified coaches in the country. Trains beginner to experienced triathletes, runners, cyclists, and duathletes. Customized and periodized training for sprint, olympic, half and full Ironman distances. Coaching includes training plan, testing (lactate threshold, benchmark field tests, run form analysis), strength training, and weekly communication.
