I have been involved in coaching for nearly 15 years during which time I have coached a number of sports mainly triathlon and athletics. I have competed in triathlons from sprint to Iron distance since 1993.

I am a BTF Level 3 High Performing coach and have a BA (Hons) Sport and Physical Activity and BA (Hons) in Psychology. I enjoy coaching both individual athletes and club sessions in all of the triathlon disciplines.
I am currently a head coach for an award-winning triathlon club.

Over the years I have also taken part in adventure racing, ultrarunning, trail running, cyclocross, mountain biking, time trials, criteriums and bike-packing races.

I have previously worked as an athletics coach and a gym instructor and have many YMCA fitness related qualifications including fitness testing and nutrition.
