My name is Vladimir Kuzmenko.
I am a triathlon coach, license highest (A) category.
I teach children triathlon.
I bring juniors to the international arena.
I am preparing adults for ironman and marathon.
I write training plans.
I spend remote consultations.
Lead the Piramida Triathlon Club.
Place of residence Latvia.
First triathlon I did in 1988.
First Ironman I finished in 1989.
Since then, there were about 300 of them.
From 1992 to 1998 I lived and played in France for various clubs.
