I am a certified USA Triathlon Level I coach. I assist athletes of all levels and abilities - from first timers to Ironman Qualifiers. I believe in training properly with a purpose, keeping balance and having fun. I am an Ironman finisher. I started this sport as a back of the packer and have since had many sprint, olympic and half ironman podium finishes. I understand what it takes and how to get there! With four children, I believe in maintaining balance in family and training.
