•AFI nominated/sponsored coach for IAAF (World Athletics) Level-2 program in September’21.
•Founder and Director of “RunGineers” running group which’s training and supporting 11 professional athletes with remarkable credentials on levels-district, state, national and international.
•Appointed as advisor Coach for the training of Indian Navy X-Country running team at Coachin for Defense X-Country Championships
•Working as a freelancer advisor & fitness speaker with universities/schools/colleges/clubs/corporates in India to develop their athletics team or promote running as a sport.
Areas of work as a coach:
-Growth & development of kids into young athletes
-Define individual and team performance and development goals
-Create weekly, monthly and annual plans of the athletes including competition, training and recovery phases
-Work in tandem with team of physiotherapist, nutritionist, strength & conditioning coach.
-Study their functional anatomy, biomechanics, physiology involved in their sport and act on them accordingly
-Fitness tests, form and strength analysis to monitor the progress
-Recovery & injury prevention
-High performance training camp for elites in mountains
