Soulful Sojourn is the invitation to show up each and every moment to live your life. With confidence and understanding we develop a structure to improve fitness and choose a lifestyle that includes training, mindset, and nutrition. The intention is to discover, appreciate and express the process of living.
An avid sports enthusiast with a desire to race and teach. Howie earned a Human Kinetics B.Ph.Ed. from UBC, specializing in exercise physiology and biomechanics. He is a 15-year veteran of competitive team skydiving, with 10th and 2nd place finishes in two separate World Championships. Howie has coached teams and individuals to achieve their local and national goals.
Longevity is now the focus--developing a strong and resilient body, mind, and spirit—for the next goal in 2019, Ultraman. This journey will encompass multiple Ironman and half-Ironman races, including ongoing attempts to qualify, once again, for Ironman Kona World Championship. Daily nutrition for longevity and wellbeing is increasingly a key topic of interest.
