David Saintsing, MD   House of Train, LLC

With 50 years of racing and training experience in triathlon and swimming, coaching naturally fell into place. Teaching and educating have always been a passion. I have coached professional triathletes, Kona qualifiers as well as beginners. I'm also an ex-professional swim coach. As a physician and coach, my job is to know the science - the physiology - the biochemistry - the nutrition and communicate this information to you in an athlete friendly form so that you can perform like never before.

Bio

Growing up a swimmer - the progression to triathlon was not an uncommon one. I became enamored with triathlon during my college days while at the same time evolving as a part time swim coach. For several years after college I was the head coach of a year round swim program. A deeper delve into the sciences soon called and I jumped head first into medicine, holding on tightly to triathlon and swimming. Although I practice as a full time ER doc, I'm in love with triathlon - always have been - always will be. Living in Boulder has afforded me the opportunity grow as an athlete and befriend many a pro over the years. I've coached athletes of all skill levels and pride myself on the quality of communication I provide as well as my level of organization. Given it's just me - no larger entity that I'm beholden to - we can craft a plan together to ensure you succeed.
