From Half Marathon Beginner to 100K Finisher: Why Structured Training Works.
Just two years ago (2023), I ran my first half marathon. Honestly, I was just winging it, always setting myself up for injuries and maximum suffering with no real improvement in training. Everything changed when I shifted to a custom, data-driven training plan. That disciplined approach allowed me to achieve what felt impossible:
✅Ultra Endurance: Finishing a 100K Ultra Trail Race (67-mile course), placing 12th out of 39 runners.
✅Obstacle Course: Conquering the Spartan Trifecta Weekend (2023) and the grueling Spartan Ultra 50K (2024).
✅Future Focus: I'm dedicated to continuous improvement—my next major goal is tackling the 100-mile distance in 2026.
