I am a high school teacher, former professional cyclist, and endurance coach. I bring years of experience as both an athlete and coach. From sending high school athletes to state championship meets to racing World Cup events as an athlete myself, I understand what it takes to cultivate healthy and sustainable relationships with sport, while also balancing training, work/school, and life. One of my fundamental pillars is helping athletes connect the mind and body to help them reach their goals.
During my professional career, I raced multiple World Cups for the U.S. National Team and spent two winter blocks (Kerstperiode) in Belgium. As an athlete, I have multiple National Championship and UCI podium finishes, state championship titles, and top ten ten finishes at the biggest races in the country across multiple disciplines.
As a coach, I spent three years as the head coach of my high school cross country and track and field teams, sending multiple athletes and relay teams to the State Championship meet. I have proudly coached athletes to wins and personal bests in both running and cycling. From Boston Marathon qualifiers, 24 hour mountain bike solo champions, and NICA athletes, I love helping athletes set goals, work hard, and have fun along the way.
