I hold the highest British Cycling qualification, Level 3 Coach and am a Training Peaks Accredited Level 2 Coach.

I am also a Personal Trainer, Mountain Bike Leader, National Standards Bikeability Instructor and have many other cycling, nutrition and sports qualifications allowing me to support riders fully.

As a coach I am keen to inspire, motivate and provide constructive guidance and support. I enjoy the different challenges of working with riders across a variety of disciplines, including road racing, time trial, mountain biking XC, track, cyclocross, ultra-racing, gravel and bikepacking.

My coaching is about fully understanding you, your motivations, capabilities and aspirations before providing bespoke advice to unlock your true potential. We will take a scientific approach to training, embracing the power of data to train and race effectively and yield results.

My athletes range from sportive riders through to current UCI Pro Tour riders as well as a recent World Record for crossing Europe by bike and a Gold medal in the European Championships.

Although based in the UK I coach athletes all over the world.

As an athlete I have competed both nationally and internationally in Road Races, Time Trials, Sportives, Mountain Biking Cross Country and Stage Races. This year I am taking on numerous long distance challenges both on and off road including multi-day MTB Stage Races and Bikepacking / UltraRaces.
