As a coach I value specificity of training, connection to my athletes, and empowerment. I will organize your training to help you achieve the physiological adaptions necessary to be ready on race day. I am also a certified personal trainer, which allows me to blend in strength training when needed. Strength training is always complimentary to training and programmed for performance benefits.
Mom. Wife. Strength Coach. Run Coach. These are just a few of the roles I play. I have a BS in Exercise Science, Ultra Running Coaching certifications through UESCA, and am a certified personal trainer through NSCA. I see running as a form of empowerment, which is why I want to help people feel and perform their best. Mountain running and all day adventures are my favorite way to get outside. When I am not running; I love coffee, monster movies, baking, cooking, and spending time with my family.
