I focus on teaching athletes how to read their bodies by using HR, power, and RPE. Services include coaching athletes who are training for a specific event, field testing for LTHR and setting training zones, determining proper fueling and hydration for workouts and races, and teaching clients how to balance training with recovery.


I am a USAT Certified Level I coach. I've raced triathlons from super-sprint to iron-distance, as well as dozens of half marathons, one full marathon, two duathlons, and cycling time trials. I love helping athletes learn to solve problems and find how to get the most out of themselves. NO WHINING.
