Hilary Lorenz is a lifelong runner living in Brooklyn, NY, and Abiquiu, NM. She runs roads, trails, bridges, and mountains. Lorenz competes in multiple distances, with her favorite being 5k cross country, 50k trail and timed loop races. She holds an MS in Exercise Physiology, NASM in Exercise Correction and Performance Enhancement along, USATF level 1 coaching certification, RKS Kettlebell Cert, OS, and more. In addition, Hilary is a tenured Professor of Fine Art with additional Masters degrees in printmaking. Working in two fields, both art, and the sciences, she has a keen ability to understand career and life stresses and how they affect training.
