In 2012 Harvey founded his company, Healthy Living Fitness. Since then, Harvey has had an impressive track record helping athletes develop practical solutions to improving performance. Working as more than just a mass turn over coaching company, Healthy Living Fitness aim to educate individuals and provide constructive feedback in order to dramatically improve their clients performance and knowledge.
Harvey races as a competitive cyclist. This allows Harvey to gives first hand experience and advise on training techniques that have been proven with his personal success in racing and cycling.
