I prefer to work with athletes with power meters/ devises to record training. However I believe anyone can benefit from structure and so this is not a requirement.

I’m a professional sports coach, exercise physiologist, and semi-professional athlete with over a decade of experience working with endurance athletes and coaches across multiple disciplines. My approach blends science, experience, and human connection, combining performance physiology with the art of coaching to build purposeful, adaptable, and sustainable training systems.

I’ve worked with athletes from developing riders to professionals racing internationally. My background in physiology shapes every element of my coaching, from power profiling and fatigue monitoring to long-term development and race preparation. I use data as a guide, not a dictator, integrating analytics with communication, intuition, and context to make training effective and meaningful.

As both coach and athlete, I understand the demands of high-performance sport, the discipline, setbacks, and small wins that define progress. My goal is to help athletes perform at their best while maintaining balance and enjoyment in training.

I specialise in endurance performance, focusing on cycling and multisport disciplines. My coaching takes a holistic approach to improving each athlete’s physiology, mindset, and performance.
