Hi there! I'm Hanneke. As a coach I strongly believe in an individual approach. I try to see beyond the athlete. Most of us have to juggle between work, training & family. I believe it's important that a training schedule takes everything into account. I will always focus on your possibilities in order to make a suitable program that will help you achieve your goals.
I've been a competitive athlete for more than 25 years in various sports myself. Because I love sharing my passion and my knowledge about sports I became a coach. In the past ten years I've been working with both recreational and professional athletes.
