As a former NCAA swimmer and current distance runner, I know the importance of targeted training and actionable feedback, but all that info can be overwhelming. Road and Trail Running
I began running after college in 2019 as stress relief, but the sport quickly became an all-consuming passion. My first half marathon was in March 2020 and since then I've trained for and tackled a variety of races on and off the road. I believe the human body is capable of incredible things, and I love to help other people realize their own potential!

Swimming
I swam competitively for 17 years and was a 4x NCAA National Champion. I have also been a swim coach for 7 years and can help you perfect your form for more efficient movement in the water.
Triathlon
I think triathletes are the ultimate athletes and need the best when it comes to periodized training. Balancing swimming, cycling, running, strength training, resting, and fueling with the rest of life is challenging enough, so let me take over the planning.
Strength Training
Get stronger to go faster and farther! Endurance athletes often overlook strength training, but our bodies NEED to lift heavy for both injury prevention and speed development. For all my athletes, I prescribe strength training tailored to your experience, injury status, and race goals.
