I'm a passionate Road, TT and Cyclocross rider. I have 15 years experience as a Planning Professional; optimising schedules and monitoring progress is what I do best.
I understand the demands of the 'time crunched athlete' and love finding creative ways to train around commitments. If you don't want the support of a coach, I am always happy to create a bespoke training plan that you can follow under your own steam. I aim to be holistic, supportive and effective in whatever I do.

I'm also a huge fan of kettlebell training. Sometimes the old fashioned tools have the most impact (and are the most time effective). Couple this with modern technology.. we can work together remotely via MS Teams, Facetime and video submission.
