Both sports coaching and sports participation play a major part of my life. I have been involved with cycling for over 30 years. I have coached and managed racing teams for past 20 years. I am a qualified Sports Injury Therapist, practicing for the past 10 years. I have a diploma in Positive Mental Well being and have experience in working with clients on physical activity and nutrition of all abilities. I am currently competing as an A1 M40 road racer and have coached beginners from a leisure cyclists to A1 competitors.
