My philosophy is based on science and data. using combinations of cutting-edge research, proven techniques, industry leading tools such as WKO5 together with my own experience of several years of riding and guiding multi-day endurance events.

I develop challenging but achievable periodisation based training regimes to get you where you want to be, including build/base metacycles that develop endurance, combined with high intensity interval based workouts to build muscular endurance strength, aerobic capacity and power and hence improve FTP, Vo2max, and resistance to fatigue (ie stamina).

Your annual training plan includes strength and conditioning, plus techniques that ensure you have the correct range of movement and control to maintain muscle mass and flexibility, reducing chances of injury and avoid incorrect bike setup.

Key to my philosophy is my own “workout recover adapt and perform” (WRAP) methodology so that you do not burn out or overtrain. Working with heart rate variability (HRV) ensures you never do a workout you are not physically or mentally prepared to complete, we understand the factors that impact your freshness and readiness to perform.

As your coach, I am your enabler to achieve your health, fitness and performance goals.
