My goal is to guide triathletes, runners and cyclists of all levels to achieve their personal goals, staying injury-free. I offer online and hands-on coaching in all 3 disciplines by providing a realistic training plan with daily workouts. I am dedicated to providing my clients extremely personalized service with a hands-on approach coming from personal experience, education, and training. I have successfully coached absolute beginners to reach their goals and my athletes often enjoy a new PR.
I have been in athletics since 2001 coming to the sport of triathlon fairly late in life. Developing from engineer, recruiter, and small business owner, I decided to join the fitness industry. I have diligently and passionately pursued this career and developed my capabilities through education and training, and have gained a solid understanding of injury prevention.
I was on the podium in the first year of competing in sprint triathlons while also managing a busy lifestyle at home and lots of traveling with my husband. Since then, I have participated in numerous Olympic distance and Half Ironman triathlons as well as the full Ironman in South Africa and Hamburg, Germany.
During my time in South Africa, I gained international experience, where I was also fortunate to have been able to train with professional triathletes and participating in triathlon training camps led by legendary US triathlon coach Joe Friel.
As one of the first graduates of Dr. Stacy Sims course work, I am uniquely qualified to help women apply special considerations when training, racing, and fueling for our individual needs, from puberty through menopause.
